Love, Work, and Play in Today’s Life
Improve relationships, enhance work satisfaction, and find rejuvenating recreation.
What are the three secrets to a fulfilling, satisfying life? Meaningful work, meaningful love, and meaningful play.
Welcome. My name is Dr. Mark Hansen and I am a Licensed Psychologist in St. Paul, Minnesota. For the past twenty years I have been using the science of psychology and the art of psychotherapy to help people become free from anxiety and depression.
By exploring the intersection of work, love and play, people can reduce the negative impact of modern living, improve relationships, enhance work satisfaction, and find rejuvenating recreation.
In addition to my psychotherapy practice at Natalis Counseling & Psychology Solutions, P.A., I have held various executive leadership positions in mental health. Currently I am the CFO of Aticus Connect, P.A. and Founder and President of Counseling & Psychology Solutions Minnesota, P.A. (CAPSmn). My life’s work and passion has been to help my clients achieve their life goals and develop business systems to improve the delivery and function of mental health services for large systems and private practices.
